All Norwegian nationals travelling to or in Russia will be imposed a 14-day home quarantine on their return to Norway. There is no exception from the national rules of quarantine for travellers crossing the border at Storskog. The rules apply to all people travelling outside the Nordic countries.
Foreign nationals arriving to Norway are also quarantined for 14 days on their arrival and must cover their own quarantine expenses for the whole period. They must also have a valid visa for the whole stay, including the quarantine period. Travellers without a valid visa or sufficient financial means to cover their quarantine period, will be rejected on entry in compliance with the Norwegian Immigration Act.
