About application statusThe status of your application will be updated as soon as we have processed it. You will not get a different answer if you call us or send us an e-mail, than what you see when you log in.You will receive an e-mail with a case number when you have applied for a police certificate of conduct. The e-mail confirms that we have received your application.We ask that you do not apply several times if it takes time to get a response from us. New applications will be placed at the back of the case queue.
