Waiting times for an appointment

Expected waiting time for an appointment with Southwestern police district is until 15 weeks.
Expected waiting time for an appointment with the Service Centre for Foreign Workers (SUA) in Stavanger is until 3 weeks.

Limited capacity for EEA registration

If you are an EU/EEA citizen, you can use your EEA rights to live in Norway for more than three months. You do not need a registration certificate.

Processing time for applications

The processing time is the time it takes for the police to process the application after you have met with the police and submitted all your application documents.

The waiting times may change while applications are being processed.
