Booking and attending
The Department of Immigration is open Monday-Friday for those with appointments, between 9:00 AM and 15:30 PM.
You must have an appointment or a confirmation from us to enter our premises.

Information to citizens of Ukraine
If you have been granted collective protection and are asked to meet up to give fingerprints etc. - then you have to book an appointment.

Unaccompanied minors must bring their representative appointed by Norwegian authorities with them when they meet.

Due to our long case processing times and waiting times to get an appointment, there are many people who want their case processed faster. Therefore, there must be very special circumstances in your case to be prioritized in the queue.
