Booking and attending an appointment
The waiting time for an appointment may vary between the three locations in Eastern police district. You may book an appointment at any location in Eastern police district, and you are free to change your appointment.

If you filled in the application electronically, you have to log on to the application portal to book an appointment.
If you do not find an available appointment in the application portal, please wait until more appointments are available. New appointments are made available on Fridays.
You can call us or send an e-mail to book an appointment if you need to:
Renew your asylum/protection permit, or other applications which cannot be registered in the UDI Application Portal.
Pick up a residence card or travel document that has been returned to the police
Request to move your case to the front of the queue. Read about the requirements: Priority
Please inform us of your DUF number (or full name and date of birth) whenever you contact us.
Sending in additional documents in a case which is with the UDI or the Police
If you have a case with the UDI – and now need to send us additional documents, new information or an appeal of a decision – you can upload the documents. You can also upload documents if the police have asked you to do so.
