Only persons who may sign legal documents on behalf of a company; may sign an application for a police certificate of conduct for the company. Persons with signatory rights in companies registered in The Register of Business Enterprises must submit a company certificate issued within three months of the application.
For entities without registration in The Register of Business Enterprises you must submit a transcript from the Norwegian Register of Legal Entities issued within three months of the application, containing all registered information on the entity. (In accordance with Norwegian law – enhetsregisterloven article 5 and 6 second paragraph.)
For entities without registry in the registers above but in another public register, certificate or transcript from said register issued within three months of the application, containing the name of the entity, address for the enterprise or main office and organization number from another country of registration if relevant; must be submitted with the application. The certificate or transcript must contain information on which public register which may confirm the information.
