Suspect to be remanded in custody on Friday
The application for a remand in custody will be considered by Buskerud District Court in Kongsberg on Friday at 09:00, most likely in office proceedings.
The police have charged 37-year-old Espen Andersen Bråthen following the incident in Kongsberg on Wednesday. Bråthen was arrested in the street Hyttegata in Kongsberg.
It has previously been reported that two people were injured in addition to the five that were killed. This number has now increased to three. The third person had managed to get to an urgent care centre elsewhere on his own.
