Elektronisk faktura og fakturaadresse

Politiet krev elektronisk faktura og kreditnota i såkalla Elektronisk handelsformat (EHF) frå dei som leverer varer og tenester til oss. For meir informasjon om elektronisk faktura, sjå Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) si nettside.

Slik merker du fakturaen

Vi ønsker å behandle fakturaer effektivt og betale dei innan fristen. Det er derfor svært viktig at du merker fakturaene riktig.

  • Du må merke alle fakturaer med ein BID-referanse. Politiet sitt referansenummer består av tre bokstavar og tre tal, for eksempel TSA065. Har du ikkje fått denne referansen? Då må du be om dette før du sender faktura.
  • For elektronisk faktura skal BID leggjast i feltet: Invoice/buyerReference. 
  • For kontraktsfesta avtaler må fakturaer i tillegg merkast med kontraktsreferanse (avtalenummer) i feltet: InvoiceDocumentReference.

  • Politiet ber om ei kredittid på 30 dagar. Det må til for at vi skal kunne betale fakturaen innan fristen. For sein betaling kan også skje viss det manglar noko i fakturaen.

  • Faktura for varer frå utlandet skal alltid merkast med eit eige nummer berre for avgift og fortollingsformål: 915 429 785.
    Dette nummeret skal ein oppgje i tillegg til eininga sitt eige nummer, som du finn lenger nede på sida.

The credit note must have a distinct reference to the originating invoice as for instance invoice number.

Please avoid the use of personally identifiable details on the invoices and invoice documentation. A reference to the case number will meet the demand for identification of assignment.
